Issue Position: California needs liberty and cooperation

Issue Position

My vision for California has never been clearer.

This state is comprised of the greatest accumulation of natural resources and beauty that was ever bestowed upon Earth, along with 40 million individuals to manage, maintain and enjoy in a way that makes it work for everyone.

From the farm worker to the tech mogul, we all feel we are entitled to a certain amount of this largesse and are willing to do our part to make it work.

With that said, how do we maintain a level of security and prosperity so that we can all enjoy safe neighborhoods, good schools and a robust private sector?

How do we foster an environment that caters to young families while also stoking the flames of innovation into the future?

It is easy to lose hope when we see so many living in tent cities on our sidewalks and parks.

It is easy to panic when our parched state is drying up from lack of water.
